How do I download the Swissbilling app?
You’ll find the Swissbilling app on the Google Play platform and in the App Store. You can also download it by scanning the QR Code on the Swissbilling website.
Which version of Android or iOS is needed to install the Swissbilling app?
For iOS you need at least version iOS12 (max version iOS16).
For Android you need at least version Android 11 (max version Android 13)
How do I create an account on the Swissbilling app?
Once you’ve downloaded the app, just enter your personal information (last name, first name, email and phone number) to create an account.
How do I update my profile?
To change your email address or mobile phone number, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. The changes made by the customer support team are automatically forwarded to the app.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your profile at any time. Once you have done so, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm your account deletion. You can re-register later, whenever you choose.
What do you do with my personal data?
Data are processed by the app only for the purposes of identification and billing.
Does the app collect personal data related to the way I use it?
The app collects some personal data such as your last name, first name, address etc., only for the purposes of identification and billing. You can delete your account at any time.
Are my personal data secure on the app?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Your data is backed up on a daily basis, to avoid loss. Backups are stored in two level III centres and protected by an encryption key, for a period which depends on the purpose for which the data are processed.
Can I pay my invoices directly from the app?
No, the app allows you to view your invoices, check your payment due dates and in some cases, manage your payment terms. You can pay your bills via your usual online banking service using the QR code received with your invoice.
